Associate Degree in Information Technology (ADP)

ADP Information Technology is a two-year associate degree in information Technology, designed both as a standalone qualification and as a route into the third year of a four-year bachelor’s programme.

Entry requirements

Entry is based on HSSC (Intermediate) or an equivalent qualification. Because an associate degree is designed to articulate into the third year of a four-year bachelor’s, confirm with the institution which bachelor’s programmes accept it for transfer and how many credits carry across before enrolling.

Accreditation

Computing programmes may hold National Computing Education Accreditation Council accreditation, which is the programme-level quality check in this field. Note that a computing degree is not an engineering degree: only programmes titled and accredited as computer or software engineering lead to PEC registration.
