We would rather hear about a mistake than leave it published.

Reporting an error

If a record here is wrong — a programme we have listed that no longer runs, an admission date that has moved, an accreditation status that has changed — tell us and we will check it. Corrections that can be verified against a primary source are applied and the record’s verification date updated.

It helps enormously if you can point to where the correct information is published. Almost everything on this site is traceable to a specific document, and a link to the current version is the fastest route to getting it fixed.

For universities

If you represent an institution listed here and want your entry corrected or expanded, get in touch. We work from your own published pages and prospectuses, so the most useful thing you can send is a link to the current programme list, admission schedule or fee structure.

Note that several universities block automated access to their websites. If yours does, we cannot read your published pages even though they are public — supplying the information directly is the way around that.

Send us a message

Only if you would rather we called than replied by email.
If you are reporting an error, a link to where the correct information is published is the fastest route to a fix.

Your name, email and message are stored so we can respond, and are not used for anything else or shared. See our privacy policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report incorrect information on UniAssist?

Get in touch using the details above, ideally with a link to where the correct information is published. Everything on this site is traceable to a source document, so a link to the current version is the fastest route to a correction.

How can a university update its listing?

Contact us with a link to your current programme list, admission schedule or fee structure. We work from institutions' own published material. If your site blocks automated access — as several Pakistani university sites do — sending the information directly is the only way we can read it.
