HEC Overseas Scholarship for MS/MPhil & PhD (Phase-III)

HEC’s Overseas Scholarships for MS/MPhil & PhD Studies places successful Pakistani and AJK applicants at universities ranked in the QS or THE World University Rankings Top 200, across thematic areas including digital technology, climate/energy, health and biotechnology, engineering, and social sciences.

What the award covers

Full funding for tuition and living costs for MS/MPhil or PhD study at a top-200-ranked overseas university, under HEC's Phase-III overseas scholarship scheme.

Who can apply

Pakistani or AJK national; for PhD, generally 18 years of education including MS/MPhil with minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or first division; maximum age 40 for public-sector employees, 35 for other applicants. Placement is at universities ranked in the QS/THE World Top 200.

Nationality requirement: Pakistani / AJK.
